Elcan Tokmak graduated from Gazi University, Department of International Relations as an honor student in 2022. In 2023, he started master's degree in International Relations at Hacettepe University. His research interests include International Relations Theories, Social Theory, Social Constructionism, Northeast Asian and Mongolian Studies.
